  • Company as used in this Privacy Policy, “Jemex Ideas” (referred to as either "the Company",  "We", "Us" and "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Jemex Ideas Co., Ltd, together with its China-based affiliate (上海垒翔公关活动策划有限公司).

  • Account means a unique account created for You to access our Site, Service or parts of our Service. If you are invited to, register for, check into, or receive information regarding a Client event through an Jemex Ideas Site or Service, you will be considered an “Event Attendee” and we will provide any Personal Information you submit through the Site or Service to the Client organising that event. Jemex Ideas does not control the Client’s event registration or management process, or the Personal Information that a Client requests from Event Attendees. We are not responsible for any decisions or actions taken by the Client with respect to your information (or by any third party with whom the Client may share your information). Please read the applicable privacy policies of the Client who is organising the event before submitting Personal Information in connection with that event.

  • When we collect information from you, we may be doing so on our own behalf (in which case we will be considered a “controller” of your data), or on behalf of an Jemex Ideas Client who is using the Services to organise an event and manage other event-related activities (in which case, the Client will be the “controller” and Jemex Ideas will be considered a “processor” of your data).

  • Site/Sites refers to the Jemex Ideas website located at (together with any other websites and domains operated by us), Websites, Platforms, mobile apps, Smart Tags, social media pages, emails, and other electronic locations through which you may interact with Jemex Ideas to provide your information and Jemex Ideas may collect about you in connection with your access and use of the sites are collectively referred to as the “Sites.”

  • Service refers to services provided by Jemex Ideas.

  • Country refers to: HKSAR and China

  • Service Provider means any natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of the Company. It refers to third-party companies or individuals employed by the Company to facilitate the Service, to provide the Service on behalf of the Company, to perform services related to the Service or to assist the Company in analysing how the Service is used.

  • Third-party Social Media Service refers to any website or any social network website through which a User can log in or create an account to use the Sites and/or Service.

  • Personal Data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.

  • Cookies are small files that are placed on Your computer, mobile device or any other device by a website, containing the details of Your browsing history on that website among its many uses.

If we make significant changes to this Privacy Policy, we may notify you either through the email address you have provided to us (unless you have instructed us not to), or by placing a prominent notice on our Website. If you are an Event Attendee, please direct any questions you may have regarding your Personal Information to the Client organising the event, not to Jemex Ideas. As noted previously in this Privacy Policy, if you are an Event Attendee for an event organised by a Jemex Ideas Client, Jemex Ideas processes your Personal Information on behalf of that Client. The Client determines what Personal Information to request from you, how it is used, with whom it may be shared, and for how long it is retained.
